Debate by show of hands, anyone?
Sounds highly professional for a debate forum, doesn't it?
That's exactly how a question was posed to the Republican candidates participating in the Iowa debates the other night. Fred Thompson stepped up to the plate right away and refused to bow down to such tomfoolery in what SHOULD be a serious forum.
Hat tip to Michelle Malkin and to Jay at Stop the ACLU for this one.

THIS is the Fred Thompson we elected to the Senate in Tennessee. THIS is Fred Thompson's refusal to play politics as usual in a game that we're all quickly becoming sick of.
THIS is why THIS Tennessean is still solidly behind Fred.
