CNN's Jake Tapper talks to former CIA agent Bob Baer about the "laptop of doom" that has recently been reported on, where over 35,000 documents were found in Syria on a laptop obtained from ISIS operatives, where operational plans to weaponize the bubonic plague were discovered. Baer makes it clear, in the first video below, that weaponizing the bubonic plague isn't easy but to weaponize Ebola would be "very easy," as he proceeds to explain what experts have told him on exactly how that could be achieved.
In the second video Hawk discusses these plans along with a mysterious illness that is attacking children and wonders if ISIS has already conducted a biological attacked in the metro area using pneumonic plague, declaring that if that is the case than "two in the head, better off dead," for any terrorists that would deliberately target children.
