Well, it seems as if Bergdahl has made such a miraculous recovery, that the US Army has announced an 'investigation' can now begin.
From the DoD:
IMMEDIATE RELEASE No. NR-319-14
June 16, 2014
The Army has initiated its investigation into the facts and circumstances surrounding the disappearance and capture of Sgt. Bowe R. Bergdahl from Combat Outpost Mest-Lalak in Paktika Province, Afghanistan on or about June 30, 2009. The Army has appointed as the investigating officer Maj. Gen. Kenneth R. Dahl, an Army officer with Afghanistan combat experience.

Pardon my cynicism and all, but what struck me is this: The Army's top priority remains Sgt. Bergdahl's health and reintegration
Really? As my long-time readers know, I am not IN any Military and am NOT a Veteran, but after watching Obama's dog and pony show lauding the heroism of Bergdahl, I am not confident that justice will be served... Court Martial? Not holding my breath.
As always, the guys who have 'been there, done that' weigh in on the latest in the Bergdahl disgrace.
This Aint't Hell has a post up, as as always, the commenters add to the debate that the Obama administration (and the Military leadership?) would rather we didn't have. GO read..
