After Watching Weinerlogues, It Is 'Hard' To Take Anthony Weiner Seriously! (Video)

By Susan Duclos

Anthony Weiner, running for Mayor of New York, is irritated that people aren't really taking him seriously and complained that he "did an event on hunger and the slug on the story said, ‘The Weiner Show.’

Most political watchers know the Anthony Weiner story, but for those that don't, here is a very quick recap.

Anthony Weiner resigned from the U.S. House of Representatives in disgrace after accidentally sending the whole Twitterverse a picture of his bulging weiner in a pair of underwear. Then he denied he did so, claimed his account was hacked.

Other pictures surfaced (including one of him posing in the Congressional locker room in a towel) and he was forced to admit that he did send it out publicly, but he meant to send it out privately.

Then women started revealing his sexual text messages with him, by the dozens.

(Weiner's sex text messages can be seen over at Wake up America)

So, there is the background.

Which brings me to the Weinerlogues, the video below.

Bill Maher and Jane Lynch do a dramatic reading of a portion of those sex texts, and anyone that watches the video will understand when I say "It is very 'hard' to take Anthony Weiner seriously, because his reputation is 'flaccid' and he will need to work diligently to "get it up' again.'

(Except New Yorker's it appears, because he is ahead in the polls)
