Paula Deen Flap Spikes Her Cookbook To Top Spot On Amazon Best Seller List

By Susan Duclos

Paula Deen was dumped by the Food Network, Caesars Entertainment, Smithfield Foods, Sears, Walgreens, and Walmart, after it was revealed she admitted in a sworn deposition in May to using the word "Nigger" decades ago.

The blowback against Deen has also affected her cookbook sales, in the other direction, as Paul Deen's "New Testament" spikes on Amazon to the top position on their best seller list.

It has to be per-ordered because it's release date isn't until October 2013.

To quote a spokesperson, "If Paula goes, we go with her and from what we are hearing, so are her fans."
