Other tidbits:

The Atlantic Wire tells how the two brothers became U.S. Citizens and the tragically ironic coincidence of the date the older brother obtained citizenship is explained:

At some point, according to CNN, Dzhokhar became a naturalized citizen. Last September — September 11th, in fact — Tamerlan Tsarnaev took the oath, too, during a large ceremony held at TD Bank Garden. (See note below on identity of brother)
Correction Note- According to NBC News, it was  Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, who was born in Kyrgyzstan and became a naturalized American citizen on Sept. 11, 2012, according to documents obtained by NBC News.

[Update] It also appears that the older brother, Tamerlan', had a  YouTube channel which shows the last channel he subscribe to was called "Allah is the One,"  just two months ago. The whole channel list seems to be devoted to Islamic terrorism.
