I have seen many doing the soul searching, hand wringing and opining about utter despair, that is usual when one party loses and another win in a presidential election, but there are always silver linings.
In 2008, Barack Obama beat John McCain by 7 percent, 53% to 46%.
In 2012, Barack Obama won the presidential election by 2 percent, 50% to 48%.
Three percent less for Obama than in 2008, two percent more for Mitt Romney.
A four to five percent net loss in voters for Obama.
For four years the mainstream media has done their damnedest to get Barack Obama reelected, they did it, but four to five percent of the electorate wised up, despite the MSM carrying Obama's water.
That is also despite the numerous reports of election fraud, which I haven't delved into because the states need to find it, prosecute it, and provide data before we can separate what looks like fraud from what actually was fraud.
Conservatives, pundits, media and bloggers, large and small, must continue to show the ramifications of the Democratic agenda and policies that have caused the slowest recovery since the Great Depression and to which experts believe will throw us into another recession, whether we go off the "fiscal cliff" or not, and in 2016, we may just see another four to five percent of the American electorate wise up and switch over to elect a Republican president so the damage that Obama has wrought can be mitigated and turned around.
2014 goal is the Senate, then on to 2016.
There is still work to be done and everyone has to do their part. whatever they can do, they should do. Whether that is passing links on via social media, talking to friends, donating to campaigns, writing on your own website or blogging, doing talk radio or commenting on websites, every time we show the damage Obama's policies is doing to the country, there is a voter or voters that will see it, learn, and vote for change in 2014 and 2016.
Chop Chop everyone.
(Correction made to headline and post - post change was from 50%/48% 2012 vote, which initially I showed at 51%/49%)
