Japan, already devastated by last month's 8.9-magnitude earthquake and subsequent tsunami which left tens of thousands missing and dead and also caused so much damage that a portion of their nuclear reactors hit partial meltdown, has just had more bad news.
A reported 7.4-magnitude earthquake hit 25 miles off the coast of Miyagi prefecture.
This is being called an aftershock and the Japan meteorological agency has issued a tsunami warning for a wave of up to one meter.
These poor people just can't seem to catch a break.
