Who Is On The Clinton 'ingrate, traitor and enemy' List?

There are reports of a list which is serving as some kind of scorecard of who is considered an "ingrate", "traitor" and "enemy" of the Clinton's. The list is rumored to hold the names of people who supported Barack Obama's presidential campaign.
This list is being reported by the New York Times who claims that three Clinton associates and campaign officials have confirmed the existence of the list.

A spokesman, Philippe Reines, for both of the Clinton's, Bill and Hillary, says "There is no list", but Terry McAuliffe, the chairman of Mrs. Clinton’s presidential campaign, explains what the list really is, saying, "The Clintons get hundreds of requests for favors every week. Clearly, the people you’re going to do stuff for in the future are the people who have been there for you."

He also says that revenge has nothing to do with such a list of names, it is more of a practical accounting type thing, adding, "You have to keep track of this.”

Doug Band, who is described in the article as the chief gatekeeper to former President Bill Clinton is known in the Clinton inner circle as a man with a good memory that keeps track of who has been there for the Clinton's and who has not.

Band did not comment for the Times' article but Clinton campaign officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity have said that other Clinton loyalists have also kept track of people they regard as some version of “ingrate,” “traitor” or “enemy".

Several names and entities are common among various list makers. The lineup invariably begins with A-list members like Gov. Bill Richardson of New Mexico; Representative James E. Clyburn of South Carolina, the House Democratic whip; Gregory B. Craig, Mr. Clinton’s lawyer in his impeachment and trial; David Axelrod, Mr. Obama’s chief strategist; Senator Claire McCaskill of Missouri; and several Kennedys. Some members of the Democratic Party’s rules committee, the state of Iowa and the caucus system in general are also near the top.

The list is also said to have names of lesser-known members of congress, ambassadors, and others that have supported Barack Obama.

It is said that these are people that should know better than to go to the Clinton's for any favors.

Evidently, from the report, Hillary Clinton's list is far shorter than Bill's list.

One longtime friend of the Clintons, Susie Tompkins Buell, says, "I won’t forget these people", and when she was asked who "these people" are, she answered, "all the women who sold out Hillary", and when a list of names was read to her of prominent women supporting Obama, she said, "all of the above".

One would have to possess no curiosity at all not to wish to see exactly what names are on the list and what the reaction would be should any of those people ask either Clinton for a favor in the near future.
