The Tennessee GOP Ad That Made Obama Freak Out

Below we see another reason that Barack Obama may have freaked out so badly... it isn't good for Obama.

Yesterday I wrote a piece about Barack Obama wanting the GOP to "Lay off" his wife and I said tough, if she is campaigning and says something stupid, she deserves to be called out on it.

Here is the ad that caused Obama to freak out. (YouTube URL here, video below)

ABC News points out that candidates spouses have been fair game and Obama's wife, Michelle, is no different, especially since she spends sop much time stumping for him.

Larry Johnson over at No Quarter has some very interesting news to report:

But the real reason for Obama’s extraordinary freakout is that he fears the release of the videotape, reported here, of Michelle Obama in the pulpit of Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s church railing against “whitey.” And we don’t mean Whitey Ford. Four Republican sources have told me that the tape exists. I’ve also been informed that Karl Rove and his allies have a copy of it and are using it to raise funds for independent expenditure groups. The tape, I’m told, will be disclosed as the GOP October Surprise. It’s a ticking time bomb.

And I’ve learned that a right-wing Republican billionaire has put a $1 million bounty on the video. He doesn’t want John McCain to win, like a number of conservatives, and thinks Obama is a pathetically weak candidate. The billionaire wants that video released now.

If this is true and it is being planned as an October surprise, this will discount every single word Barack Obama has said about not knowing just how controversial his pastor, Jermeiah Wright's, statements were.

That is more than an October surprise, that is a brick wall that Obama will run headfirst into if this video exists.

(Note:) For the record.... Johnson supplies no evidence that this "October Surprise" video exists and he is a known Clinton supporter.
