Muslim Man Threatens To Sue Driving School For Sending A 'Transitioned' Teacher

Emma Sherdley is a 'transitioned' woman. Legally a woman with a birth certificate and a gender recognition certificate awaiting surgery to become physically a woman. She was sent to teach a Muslim female to drive and the husband is threatening to sue.
Laugh n Pass is a driving school in the UK, with all female instructors geared to making women comfortable to learn to drive so they can pass their driving tests.

One employee is Emma Sherdley, 42, is a former father of two that has been in the process of becoming a woman. She already is listed legally as a woman, has a birth certificate with the name Emma and a gender recognition certificate proving her legal status as a woman and all that is left is the final operation to make the physical transition complete.

It all began when the man called Laugh n Pass and booked a two hour session to have his wife taught to drive. Emma traveled to their home, picked the woman up and proceeded with the lesson, which the woman canceled early saying she had to go breastfeed her baby.

Joanne Dixon, the owner of Laugh n Pass, received a phone call shortly afterwards from the husband of the woman student who threatened to sue to school for sending a "man disguised as a woman", saying they did so because he was a Muslim.

According to Dixon, "That man accused us of being racist, yet his attitude towards Emma showed prejudice of the very worst kind."

"He was saying, 'You have sent me a man, send me a proper female, how dare you send a man with a deep voice'. Then he claimed we had deliberately sent a man disguised as a woman because he was a Muslim.

She goes on to describe the man's attitude toward her on the phone call, saying, "His attitude and his behaviour was outrageous and has upset me and Emma and everyone else who works here. We are not racist, we are not sexist - if anyone was being so it was that man."

Emma was so upset over the threat of the company being sued over her that she considered quitting her job but the support of her boss, Dixon, convinced her stay. Emma also claims to have 32 female students and none of them have a problem with her.

Laugh n Pass has 20 female instructors and is popular enough to have 30 people on their waiting list and the last word went to Dixon, who said, "Here at Laugh n Pass we says each of our female instructors promise to be friendly, professional and patient - that is exactly what Emma is and for her to be subjected to abuse and threats is simply intolerable."
