Rasmussen:John McCain continues to lead both potential Democratic opponents

Today's Daily Presidential Tracking Poll from Rasmussen shows John mcCain leading both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

Looking ahead to the General Election in November, John McCain continues to lead both potential Democratic opponents. McCain leads Barack Obama 50% to 41% and Hillary Clinton 49% to 42%

The report doesn't stop there either, it seems McCain holds better favorable ratings with voters nationwide that either of the Democratic contenders and lower unfavorable ratings as either Hillary or Obama.

On Monday, McCain is viewed favorably by 55% of voters nationwide and unfavorably by 42%. Obama’s reviews are 46% favorable and 52% unfavorable. For Clinton, those numbers are 42% favorable, 55% unfavorable

This has been an ongoing trend from multiple different polling organizations, as shown previously and looks to be a sustainable one at that.

Considering it is also being reported that both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are embellishing their credentials and lo and behold the press is noticing it and highlighting it, John McCain can continue to rise while the two Democrats as well as their supporters continue to drag the whole party down.

Hillary being caught lying outright by saying one thing and then seeing film of the exact opposite being shown, as well as Obama playing the "race" card to try to distract from the damaging Jeremiah Wright, "God Dam America" fiasco, is doing nothing but benefiting John McCain and the latest data keeps coming in and proving.

An update on yesterdays piece about Hillary Lying (linked above) we see that now that her lies have been exposed, via film, she is saying she "misspoke".

The Clinton campaign says Senator Hillary Clinton may have “misspoke” recently when she said she had to evade sniper fire when she was visiting Bosnia in 1996 as first lady.
