This video follows Gadahn's previous videos, one in May of 2007 where he warned of pending attacks "worse that September 11"and one in August where he warned the United States and its allies of impending attacks on embassies and diplomats in retaliation for U.S. actions in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Some of his other anti-American rhetoric, in this latest 50 minute long video, includes "Now we direct an urgent call to our militant brothers in Muslim Palestine and the Arab peninsula ... to be ready to receive the Crusader slayer Bush in his visit to Muslim Palestine and the Arab peninsula in the beginning of January and to receive him not with flowers or clapping but with bombs and booby-trapped vehicles", that portion being in Arabic, in this mostly English video.
He lashes out repeatedly against the U.S for Iraq and Afghanistan, their ties to Israel and some Muslim countries, including Egypt and Pakistan, which he described as some of the "worst dictators and tyrants."
He also called Christianity "baseless and doubt-filled" and Americans, including soldiers who fought in Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan to convert to Islam.
"Listen to me, and listen to me carefully, before you lose your mind to flashbacks, and drugs and drink-induced dementia and before your demons drive you to self-destruction and suicide, in these verses (in the Quran), God calls out to each and every one of you saying God forgives all sins ... if you simply stop and repent," he said.
With a dramatic flare he proceeds to rip up his U.S. Passport in a "symbolic protest".
"In symbolic rejection of the American citizenship that honorable and decent and compassionate people are ashamed to carry, I will now proceed to destroy my American passport.
Then he states "But don't get too excited, I don't need it to travel anyway", which is true, Adam Gadahn risks the dealth penalty should he return to the U.S, because of his indictment, on October 11, 2006, for treason against the United States of America and material support to Al Qaeda, the first American indicted on that charge since 1952. (Indictment can be found here)
There is a $1,000,000 reward offered for information leading to the arrest of Adam Yahiye Gadahn.
His aliases are: Abu Suhayb Al-Amriki, Abu Suhail Al-Amriki, Abu Suhayb, Yihya Majadin Adams, Adam Pearlman, Yayah, Azzam the American, Azzam Al-Amriki.
The AFP reports that the White House dismisses this latest threats stating that al-Qaeda offers "nothing but death and violence."
