Dutch teenager Joran van der Sloot and two Surinamese brothers, Satish and Deepak Kalpoe, were arrested on suspicion of involvement in manslaughter and causing seriously bodily harm that caused the death of the American teenager, Natalee Holloway, the prosecutor's office said in a statement.

Holloway disappeared on May 30, 2005, hours before she was scheduled to fly home to Alabama after a high school graduation trip to this Dutch Caribbean resort island. The 18-year-old was last seen in public leaving a bar with the three young men who now are again suspects in her disappearance.
Natalee Holloway was a graduating honors student at Mountain Brook high school in Birmingham, Alabama who was participating in a senior trip with classmates on the Caribbean island of Aruba when she disappeared. She was last seen Monday, May 30, 2005 at approximately 1:30am leaving Carlos "n" Charlie's nightclub in the town of Oranjestad. After missing her return flight home, Natalee's passport and luggage were discovered still in her hotel room. Foul play was suspected.
In the years since her disappearance her parents have not given up in their fight to obtain information and get justice for their daughter.
