Biker Arrested For Attack On SUV Driver, Then Set Free (Video)

By Susan Duclos

On September 30, I reported on a swarm of bikers that chased, caught and beat a man in a SUV in NY and reports now show that arrests have been made, but one of the bikers arrested was released pending further investigation.

Prosecutors have dropped the charges against Allen Edwards, 42, one of the bikers involved in the brutal beating of Alexian Lien.

Lein is seen below on the ground after having been beaten by the bikers after a fender bender, to which Lein first stopped after, then took off when he was scared for his wife and 15-month old daughter who were in the car with him. When he took off, he hit a biker, killing him. The others chased him down, caught him and violently beat him.

The second biker arrested, Christopher Cruz, 28, is expected to be arraigned on a slew of charges that include menacing, reckless driving and reckless endangerment.
