Barack Obama's Father - Why it Matters

Don't miss the agreement signed to enforce Shariah law on parts of the
Republic of Kenya

Bottom half of article

Greg Ransom at PrestoPundit has some major research looking into Barack Obama's father, and voters - meaning "all y'all", it matters.

His post is packed, but I want to give you a preview and then encourage you to run over to his place and read this comprehensive post.

Greg Ransom at PrestoPundit below, is quoting from Barack Obama, the son's, book Dreams From My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance. He offers up page numbers so that you can check it out yourself. Here's a small portion:
If there is a mystery at the heart of Barack Obama's Dreams From My Father, one thing is not left a mystery, the fact that Barack Obama organized his life on the ideals given to him by his Kenyan father. Obama tells us, "All of my life, I carried a single image of my father, one that I .. tried to take as my own." (p. 220) And what was that image? It was "the father of my dreams, the man in my mother's stories, full of high-blown ideals .." (p. 278) What is more, Obama tells us that, "It was into my father's image .. that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself." And also that, "I did feel that there was something to prove .. to my father" in his efforts at political organizing. (p. 230)
So, the above tells us the stories about his dad, handed down from his mother, helped shape Senator Obama's life - even to the point of being the well-lauded community organizer that we're told he is, by emulating his father's penchant for "political organizing."

From PrestoPundit [but summarized by me], in the book, The Risks of Knowledge, Barack Obama's father, Barrack Obama, is described as a Harvard trained economist. The authors detail a paper written by Barrack Obama (the father), for the East Africa Journal, in which "the father" attacks the economic proposals of pro-Western "third way" leader Tom Mboya, and he [Obama "the father"] sides with communist-allied leader Oginga Odinga.

PrestoPundit located a copy of "the father's" paper, titled "Problems Facing our Socialism", published July 1965. Here, "the father's" name is given as "Barak H. Obama."

PrestoPundit continues with "the father's" self-written paper, in hand, and he references pages, again, so that you can source this yourself, if you wish (which makes this such excellent reporting). Eight issues are laid out that Barak H. Obama, "the father," advocated. Here's two, which should get you over to PrestoPundit to read every word:
1. Obama advocated the communal ownership of land and the forced confiscation of privately controlled land, as part of a forced "development plan", an important element of his attack on the government's advocacy of private ownership, land titles, and property registration. (p. 29)
2. Obama advocated the nationalization of "European" and "Asian" owned enterprises, including hotels, with the control of these operations handed over to the "indigenous" black population. (pp. 32 -33)
At this point, we might be mulling over the fact that Barack "the son" should not be accused of endorsing Barak, or Barrack "the father's" political ideals, but consider this:

Remember the "communist-allied leader Oginga Odinga?" The Odinga's are still alive and well in Kenya and Kenyan politics [where National Geographics says life expectancy is 46], and also see Barack Obama, "the son's" photographic connection to Raila Odinga.

Getting right to an eye-opening connection, courtesy of Free Republic: Raila Odinga signed an agreement in August 2007 with the National Muslim Leaders Forum (NAMLEF) to, basically, allow and enforce Shariah law in certain areas of Kenya, where the first democratic elections were held just a few years ago.

Presidential candidate, Barack Obama campaigned with Raila Odinga in 2006 in Kenya, and we do not know if Senator Obama is aware of this agreement, but it is reasonable to expect that he knows it now. What can he be thinking of Odinga's pursuits to enslave the people of the REPUBLIC of Kenya within Islam?

I've transcribed some of the above mentioned agreement here, but you can see it at the Evangelical Alliance of Kenya website:
PURPOSE: To establish a lasting relationship between Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga, hereinafter referred to as The Candidate, and the National Muslim Leaders, herinafter referred to as The Leaders.

This MOU [Memorandum of Understanding] states as follows:

WHEREAS The Candidate -- who recognizes Islam as the only true religion -- is seeking to become the next President of the Republic of Kenya;

WHEREAS The Leaders recognize The Candidate as the only presidential candidate who has the interests of the Kenyan Muslim community at heart;
There are more "WHEREAS' and numerous "The Parties agree..., among which you'll see this:"
(iii) That the Leaders will work hard to ensure that all (or at least the majority) of Kenyan Muslim faithful vote overwhelmingly for The Candidate at the 2007 General Election.

(v) That The Candidate, when, InshaAllah, he becomes President of Kenya will:

a) ...In addition, while freedom of worship will be upheld at the JIMBO LA PWANI, the Council of Islamic leaders shall be permitted to have an oversight role to monitor activities of ALL other religions and any applications for religious activities and institutions will require their approval. They shall have the right to deny approval to cults and other evil practices.

b) Within 6 months re-write the Constitution of Kenya to recognize Shariah as the only true law sanctioned by the Holy Quran for Muslim declared regions.

c) With immediate effect dismiss the Commissioner of Police who has allowed himself to be used by heathens and Zionists to oppress the Kenyan Muslim community.

d) and e) intentionally skipped

f) No Muslim residing in Kenya whether a citizen, visitor or relative of any of the above shall be subjected to any process involving the laws of a foreign country and in particular any Muslim arrested for or suspected of Terrorism or any other International crime shall only be tried within the boarders of Kenya and shall be granted a competent lawyer of his/her choice at the expense of the Government.

g) Within 1 year facilitate the establishment of a Shariah court in every Kenyan divisional headquarters.

h) Popularize Islam, the only true religion, in the Coast and North Eastern Regions by ordering every primary school in Kenya in the regions to conduct daily Madrassa classes.

h) Impose a total ban on open-air gospel crusades by worshippers of the cross in the Coast and North Eastern regions.

i), j), k) l), and m) intentionally skipped

n) Impose an immediate ban on women's public dressing styles that are considered immoral and offensive to the Muslim faith in the Muslim regions of the Coastal and North Eastern Regions. This ban will apply to Muslims and non-Muslims alike, in these regions and will include all visitors whether domestic or foreign tourists.
It goes on...and then is signed by Abdullahi Abdi (Chairman) and Hon. Eng. Raila Amollo Odinga.

Current President Kibaki is from the Kikuyu tribe and Odinga is of the Luo tribe, as was Obama's father, and as was the senior Odinga for whom Obama "the father" advocated in his "paper."

This site, Assyrian International News Agency, has a very interesting piece written by Jack Wheeler, Rational Oasis, To The Point (TTP). Wheeler explains the tribal and religious mix in Kenya:
Kenya's 37 million people are divided up into over three dozen tribes and sub-tribes, but the two dominant ones are Kikuyu and Luo.
The father of Kenyan independence and president until 1978 was Jomo Kenyatta, a Kikuyu. His main political opponent was Oginga Odinga, known as "OO," a Luo [as was Senator Obama's father] and Raila's father.

While Kenyatta was pro-West and sided with America in the Cold War, OO [Oginga Odinga] was a Communist who was aided and supported by the Soviet Union.
That's why Raila went to school in East Germany (born in 1945, he graduated from Magdeburg University in 1970), and named his first-born son after Fidel Castro.
Thus it likely won't shock you to learn that Raila has now made a deal for support from the Soviets' successors as world-champion enemies of the West and democratic freedoms: Moslem fundamentalists. [emphasis is Wheeler's]
Wheeler references the agreement between Raila Odinga and Sheikh Abdullah Abdi, discussed above, and then he clears-up a few questions you and I would naturally ask:
It may also not surprise you that Raila is not Moslem himself, but claims to be a practicing Anglican. Only a minority of Luo are Moslem (most are Christian). Kenya on the whole is Christian, with 80% of Kenyans either Protestant or Roman Catholic, while only 10% are Moslem.
So Raila Odinga says he is an Anglican, but signed documents with a National Muslim Leaders Forum to allow Islam to be forced on non-Muslims. Odinga, the Anglican, says this was his way of securing the Muslim vote - to sign a document "recognizing" Islam is the only true religion."

My Disclaimer: I assume the agreement between the National Muslim Leaders Forum and Odinga was translated by the Evangelical Kenya Alliance, and I cannot vouch for its veracity.

Related to all the above is a news account of extreme violence in Kenya after the elections, which Odinga did NOT win, The Australian reports:
EVEN the children were burnt alive.

In broad daylight, a crowd of Kenyans set a church filled with hundreds of terrified families on fire and listened to their screams as flames engulfed them.

According to witnesses including police and a Red Cross volunteer, those who escaped the Assemblies of God Church in Eldoret, about 300km west of Nairobi, were hunted down with machetes; others hid inside pit latrines.

With Mr Kibaki [the President] belonging to Kenya's largest tribe, the Kikuyu, and Mr Odinga to the second-largest, the Luo, the violence has taken on a distinctly ethnic hue...,
Those massacred in the church were mostly Kikuyus. Kenya's other 41 official tribes accuse them of monopolising political power and businesses at the expense of other tribes - accusations stridently taken up by supporters of Mr Odinga.
